1.The sealing faces of valve seat and valve clack are build-up welded with hard alloy to improve the erosion resistance and extend the service life of valve.
2.The cage type labyrinth throttling device is adopted to reduce the flash and noise of downstream fluid. The piston compound seal can separate the seal from the throttling area to reduce erosion of sealing pair, thus the service life is longer and the sealing performance is reliable.
3.A balance hole is set on the valve core to greatly reduce the operating moment (the opening/closing moment is only 1/3~1/2 of that of a common valve).
4.The valve sleeve type blowdown valve is a new multi-functional valve integrating blowdown, throttling, cutoff and venting functions.
5.To blow down, close the upstream valve to make the pipelines at both ends at zero pressure, remove the lower cover to take out the filter screen, and clean the sediments in the valve chamber.
6.Short stroke is suitable for application at positions subject to frequent opening.
